Therapists

Edward Quint, M.A., has over forty years of experience dealing with domestic violence and abuse. This has included crisis intervention as well as psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Ed operated MEN IN CRISIS for five years in Chicago and is former president of the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association. Men In Crisis has been active in Berrien County, Michigan, since 1992.

Selene Anderson, M.A., is the former director of the Upward Bound program at Lake Michigan College and has led groups with MEN IN CRISIS
since 1997.

Elias Ortega, M.A., has experience in vocational rehabilitation, couple counseling, and Christian youth counseling. He has been active with MEN IN CRISIS since 2019. Elias has been leading our Women’s Alternatives groups for the past two years.

MEN IN CRISIS has also conducted workshops and provides consultation for individuals, agencies, churches and businesses on spouse-abuse, workplace violence and other topics.
